  • Chopped onion - 3 to 4 nos
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • Grate the cheese - 3/4 cup
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper crust - taste-wise
  • Salt -  As Needed
  • 4-5 cups of vegetable stock
  • Breaded Pieces of Bread - to serve

Way

Heat the oil in a pan. The chopped onion and the Heat-brown color shades. Sauté garlic in it. Now, add four to five cups of vegetable stock or water, stirring slowly for 8 to 10 minutes. Then add the pepper powder and salt as needed. Fry the slices of bread and grate the cheese over the hot onion soup.
